- The title committee has been in meetings all week over both the Triple Crown Championship and the Brass Knuckles Championship. MMW president Larry Stromowski wants these matters settled as soon as possible.
- Both Kassandra Kane and Bearonica have been seen leaving MMW title committee meetings.
- Soulbane's been making life tough for both Rick Goodman and Mr. Skyyn on the road. His presence has cost both men matches which can't reflect well on their rankings for further title shots.
- Heidi Hyde may be back in the fans' good graces but she still needs to get on the same page as Bearonica, hopefully before their tag match against Rick Goodman and Kassandra Kane.
- Rainbow Smash makes his PPV debut at Showdown, facing off against fan favorite Freight Train.
